I qualified from The Royal (Dick) Veterinary College in Edinburgh in 2003, and have been working in small animal practice ever since. I joined Equipet in July 2006 and have a particular interest in surgery, especially orthopaedics, as well as exotic animals. I hope to study for a certificate in small animal surgery in the near future.

Outside of work I enjoy rugby, and I am a qualified referee.

I have several pets; a Border Collie called Nova, a Maine Coon cat called Solo, and tropical fish who have recently been joined by a Bengal kitten.
